MISC Agencies (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, also known as MISAK, was established in Kuching as the designated shipping agent for MISC vessels, catering to all ports in Sarawak.
1999
MISAK expanded its operations to Bintulu to oversee LNG vessels.
2001
MISAK transitioned to project handling after being appointed as the forwarding/husbanding agent by Shell MDS Bintulu, and later by Murphy.
2012
MISAK underwent restructuring to focus on the management of oil and gas vessels and was subsequently renamed MISAR Sdn Bhd.
